DOMESTIC ORDER

1 - How long will it take my orders to be shipped?

  • Our shipment processing or handling time is between 1-2 days. 

2 - How long will it take my orders to be delivered?

  • Orders within India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India.
  • However, delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

3 - Are there any additional shipping or delivery charges?

  • We provide FREE shipping for all orders. 

4 - How do I track my orders? 

  • Customers are emailed the tracking number once their shipment is processed.
  • Customer can track their order using the tracking number provided in the email.
  • Also, there will be a tracking URL provided in the email, the customer can use that URL to track your shipment.

5 - What if my order is undelivered?

  • For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product, and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund for the same.

Note: For orders placed prior to 12:00 hrs (IST), processing will begin on the same day. For orders placed post 12:00 hrs (IST), processing will begin on the next day.

We partner with reliable global carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and India Post to ensure your order arrives safely.

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–21 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices.

📬 Order Processing Time

All international orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of order placement. During high-demand seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
