Refund policy

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To request a return, please whatsapp us on +916353604462 with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Rakhiyo Hastkala is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

2. Refunds

  • we only exchange the product in case of defect or if you are not liking and product . 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed as order processing begins promptly.

5. International Orders

  • Customs & Duties: Rakhiyo Hastkala is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs processing.

  • Currency & Exchange: Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Currency exchange differences may apply based on your bank or payment provider.
